File tracking

Our file tracking solution allows organizations to keep track of important documents and files through the use of RFID tags and readers installed all throughout their premises. 

The RFID tags affixed to important documents, files or folders are read by fixed scanners installed on doorways, desks and hallways within the client building and by mobile readers. When the tag comes into contact with radio waves emitted by the readers it sends it current location back to the reader which synchronizes the same with the database. 

This enables an organization to know the real-time location of all its’ important documents and files within its premises. Our file tracking solution assists organizations such as banks to manage the important customer files and records.
